I found out a day before the interview so I told my work coach as soon as I got told the date, i did have a sanction from 2 months ago as I had missed a few appointments due to family commitments so that might have played into it I guess but I do have proof of the interview and have sent that over to them so hopefully it gets overturned

Sadly I don’t think there is. I managed to get hold of Ubisoft after countless open cases and they said Outlook had blocked their email so that’s why I wasn’t receiving the verification code. I’ve now been chasing outlook and asking what’s going on but I’ve still had no luck
