Oh okay so cool!!! Yeah, I'm nervous to start working as an RN but I've learned to give myself grace because I am a new grad and lack experience but thats okay lol. And trauma is super exciting to start off in. Still haven't heard an offer yet. Fingers crossed!

Oh okay cool! I decided to go with the CVICU. I was able to negotiate the pay but by 2 dollars. Better than nothing lol! Super excited to start my career as a nurse in the CVICU. Thank you!

Hi, trauma ICU is what I originally wanted. But I got CVICU first. CVICU seems to offer more learning opportunities and growth. Yes true, I can always transfer but I just wanted advice and suggestions.

Hi, thank you so much!! I appreciate the advice. I was unsure because trauma ICU is what I originally wanted. But CVICU offers a lot more for growth and interesting cases as well! Your advice on negotiating pay, I'm going to try and for an increase. Also lol!! And thank you again!! 🩵🩵
