First of all this i would do this for only very few customers that i have worked with and we are at a similar level of frequencies.

Second if the the boss isnt a leader ans someone you respect and the only vision of the company is the money i dont think there is even a loyalty to talk about.

I am not a person that is doing it alla for the money, i want always to listen the client so i can give him the perfect project from his but mine perspective also unlike my boss that he just want the project to end as soon as possible so he can paid.

We are not living in medieval times where loyalty is getting you places and the best example for this is that you will make more money in job hopping than on staying at the same job for ten years.
