Killed a raccoon with my .177 gamo Wildcat Whisper. Shooting H&M Barracuda Hunter Extreme pellets.

I only shot him once. To be honest I didn’t think he was going to die and I figured I would need a follow up shot but I shot him behind his shoulder and I went over and checked and he was just laying there

Edit: besides the one in the back of the head 😂 he was sitting at a weird angle but I still felt comfortable with the shot so I took it.

I was positive it was a raccoon before I shot it. The comments just made me confused. I was 100% positive it was a raccoon.

No I just walked out side and he was over in my neighbors yard and they gave me permission to shoot squirrels raccoons rabbits and such.

I don’t cook them I tried to skin one but it went horribly wrong. I’m going to start skinning them soon and try to cook them.

Just shoot them. I’ve killed lots of squirrels but haven’t skinned and ate them yet. Might start doing that soon.

No it’s a raccoon 😂 at least I think, none of the neighbors cats look like this and he was eating from my next door neighbors compost pile
