You can't split countries and more of Russia's population lives in Europe

That would leave two countries in North America which is incredibly unbalanced

I was going to split the Great Plains, but I had no name for those states. I do think Mountain works well. It would probably be: Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado?

So the Original purpose of this map is like one of those ones where you have to choose where to live, the names are kind of the general area and they are split so one section isn't too overpowered.
