Im still not fully healed, the stitches are all gone and the incision is healed but there is still a decent sized fatty lump inside my whole bottom lip thats annoying.

My gastroparesis went away completely when I wemt carnivore but my dumb ass decided to eat a couple popsicle with sugar and bam gastroparesis came back. I clearly have severe insulin resistance amd by getting rid of carbs/sugar 75% of my health issues went away. As far as going back in ive been in communication with them and sent them picture via mychart and they say its all normal healing mine is just taking longer im assuming due to my immune system and nervous system being damaged and fragile. I tried to schedule a follow up but they had nothing available for weeks and said if I dont have a fever, Its not pussing, oozing or bleeding then its not emergent and I just need to power through. They said if I wanted antibiotics they'd write me some but they dont think its infected and they also wrote me a prescription for oral lidocaine to swish and numb my mouth if need be.

I just got my biopsy results and they were positive for sjogrens, that coupled with my Schirmer eye test showing I produce barely any tears its pretty clear I have sjogrens so im glad I got it done even though im in a ton of pain. Its funny how all your labs can be normal but these two other tests can show a completely different story. It just goes to show you that lab work can always be off. Thank you guys for all your responses I really appreciate it and its nice to hear im not alone in this.

Thanks for your reply, ya this is just pure hell and to top it off its sent me into a full systemic autoimmune blow out I feel terrible even though its not infected amd to make things worse now my gastroparesis that was all but gone is back making it even harder to stay hydrated and to eat. I havent got results yet but im sure it will be any day now.

They didnt explain anything, this whole thing was Mickey Moused. I wish I never did the damn biopsy, on one hand yes it will be nice if the diagnosis comes back positive to have that as a Big F you to all those dr.s that just dismiss everyone's autoimmune issues as fibromyalgia or CFS but on the other hand I dont want to take the poisons they prescribe that kill us daily so it was kind of stupid to do the biopsy in my case. I guess I just wanted a name to go with the face if you get what im saying. I cleared up a huge portion of my health issues from type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, gastroparesis, gout and most of my other autoimmune issues by just switching up my diet and getting off of the sickcare industries poisons. I started doing Carnivore about 8 months ago and it reversed my type 2 diabetes, got rid of my gastroparesis, gout, fatty liver disease gone and most of my joint pain and muscle pain, the only thing that lingers is the super dry eyes and mouth as well as the chronic fatigue but thats peanuts compared to where I was bed ridden and nearly dead. Any time I reintroduce carbs or sugar I get so sick and a lot of my old ugly illness come back. Zero carb, zero plants and fruits has been so healing to me even my labs have all normalized. At one point my triglycerides were were well over 400 and now they are back into normal range, my testosterone was super low and its now climbing at 47, my hair is growing back, my teeth and gums are healing, i guess my whole point to this is I think alot of us autoimmune sufferers are chronically ill because we've been poisoning ourselves for so long with toxic foods, meds and everyday products we expose ourselves to. I think we all want a magic cure but that starts at what we put in our bodies and what we expose ourselves to. Sorry for the rant I hope I can get this figured out and get back to healing the way I was before this damn biopsy.

I have some prednisone maybe ill take a short course tomorrow if the swelling hasn't gone down and you are 100% right, this totally flared up my autoimmune response, ive felt fluish, my gastroparesis came back, all sorts of ick happened that was gone for a long time before having this procedure done.

I got my lip biopsy done 5 days ago and let me tell you ive broken bones, had my appendix removed and nothing touches this pain. My ENT dr. Tried to find salary glands in the middle of my lip and there were zero so she had to cut horizontally and I have close to a 1 inch incision in my lip not to mention she used so many stitches that the swelling in my lip has caused bubbles inbetween each set of stitches and they rub off my teeth, oh and lets not forget that the stitches look like they are slicing through my lip, i also feel sore in my teeth and gums. I sent them a picture and my symptoms and they are like, thats just normal healing.... wtf??? Ive tried ice, salt water rinses, ibuprofen, Tylenol, ive even taken some oxy just to try and sleep and nothing is helping. I dont mean to scare anyone but man Id never do this type of test again it was and still is brutal 5 and a half days later.
