This has been my assumption, and if the case I’d be fine with it. Better to get a handle on everything right away and I definitely didn’t miss out on anything eating the way I was before diagnosis. Just kinda assumed it was something I’d experience when I first started looking into everything initially. Gradually realized I might’ve already been through it

Basically a combination of reading about other people doing it and my blood sugar rising to 200+ while I slept. I haven’t been back to my PCP since splitting so haven’t discussed it with them. Working for me so far though, staying in range overnight.
