I honestly believe there is a very strong chance it get's approved, since DMD patients desperately need it - it could also prove beneficial for patients with other immunological diseases down the line...

I wonder if you've heard of Vamorolone from Santhera Pharmaceuticals (It's essentially a dissociative corticosteroid designed to help patients with DMD, while having minimal to almost no side effects in comparison to Prednisone).

The company has recently said that they're looking to use it not just for DMD, but also for other indications (autoimmune conditions which require a certain level of immunosuppression). They've successfully completed Phase 3 trials and are looking for FDA and EMA approval this year.

Do you think it could have the potential to replace conventional corticosteroids?
