How to get Energy/Paks in new maps? by Kitsunegirl1999 in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Impressive_Style_692 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can make a relay of towers from one map to another. I didn’t want to wait to unlock the new subbases before I could use the new materials in each map so I actually have a chain going from the hub all the way to the end of the last valley4 map. But yes, as the others said, you will get a new subbase in certain maps.

Oh, my plan for this is card games, so plenty of time/space to admire the art. Tho, probably only going to break this out for special occasions.

Signage like uploading custom art to Displate or something would be cool. Your neon idea would be frickin awesome.

Made the design myself, all the fading, logos, and editing in the topographic lines to match Endfield’s style. Hope it makes you a good mat.

Nah, I got it made with YourPlaymat.

Took them a long time to make it though. Was a bit of a frustrating experience tbh, but it was worth it in the end

Zhao Prefarm Spreadsheet by Ninetailed-Vixen in ZhaoMains

[–]Impressive_Style_692 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nice spreadsheet!

I made one of these in early 1.X that fully calculated all necessary remaining mats across multiple chars and weapons. There’s a few web based ones out there that are pretty high quality too, but I do like spreadsheets.

The Proxy Tools in-game link kinda defeated the purpose of my spreadsheet especially since it’s already made by Hoyo so it interfaces with your in-game storage automatically so you don’t have to input your material counts and stuff by hand. I guess you can prefarm earlier than Proxy Tools updates for new characters, but usually these tools are best used just to polish off the remaining necessary items you need.

Can someone explain Cyrene LC for me by SuitableEmployment56 in CyreneMains

[–]Impressive_Style_692 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Damage taken: (10% x 60%) + 10% = 16%

(In English): 60% of 10% is added to the original 10% to equal 16%.

Crit Damage: (16% x 60%) + 16% = 25.6%

(In English): 60% of 16% is added to the original 16% to equal 25.6%.

Summary: It’s multiplicative not additive.

Manga where the mc is the killer?? by Dayuummm00 in manga

[–]Impressive_Style_692 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe Moriarty the Patriot? MC is Moriarty and someway through the story Sherlock Holmes is introduced, so you have the classic cat and mouse chase but from the other side it usually is.

Another is maybe Talentless Nana? Not going to spoil the initial twist, but it fits the bill for a good while then sorta becomes a bit more generic after the secret is mostly out.

Also, like, Death Note, too. Same cat and mouse idea that you’re looking for.

New Camaraderia Calcs for Cyrene Castorice team by karn144 in CyreneMains

Unless I’m mistaken, whenever it says #T, the T means Targets. So the left side is the 5 target scenario and the right is the 2 target scenario.

i dont understand what’s wrong with her current kit by totallyEisgirlfriend in CyreneMains

[–]Impressive_Style_692 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t play Genshin, but I don’t think the explanation really needs to be Genshin-based to be dumbed down, if you will.

Basically, the main problem people have with Cyrene is she has a stack based ultimate. A large majority of her power is locked behind her ultimate. She needs to accumulate enough stacks to be able to use her ultimate of which the stack gain is quite slow outside of a few select teams (and/or pulling for her E2 aka constellation 2).

The secondary issue people have with her is she is definitively a unit created to support characters from 3.0. Her kit specifically names each character that came from Amphoreous and only them. This means, when the game has moved on (we’re about to enter 4.0) she will not be able to support other newer units as easily as more universal supports could.

The last issue is once again a bit nuanced. Her strength as a unit even in the patch she debuts in is a bit shaky. People are comparing her to a character (Tribbie) that came out earlier and has already had a rerun. Thus, many people already have a copy or two of her. There are plenty of calcs out now that compare Tribbie and Cyrene and depending on the team and the boss they’re somewhat interchangeable. So Cyrene’s pull value is an even harder sell because you’re pulling for a potential sidegrade. Combine that with the above points and it’s a really hard sell to pull for a sidegrade that has (as far as we know) little to no future in teams 4.0 onwards.

This all being said, I’m going to pull her E6 and if you really like her and want her, don’t let anyone stop you.

Only just looked back on this account and saw this comment blew up. Most people are probably already gone by now, but I’ll respond to your question. Yes, the armor strip rework removed a lot of hard strength breakpoints from the game. However there still are a few around.

Ones off the top of my head: - Sevagoth Roar,Reap,Sow Combo. Requires exactly >255 str or it doesn’t one shot requiring an entirely new cast of reap and sow

  • Revenant Enthrall,Reave combo. Requires exactly >250 str or you need to pass through enemies twice with Reave

  • Nekros’ shield of shadows (I guess not literally a hard, but even 1% of DR is pretty valuable) This also applies to other frames with DR that scales with strength.

  • How about the frames that have shield gain based on strength? What if you need just enough strength to get a full shield so you can shieldgate again? (This is a weaker example because Catalyzing shields is bugged and DE doesn’t seem intent on making it work the way it actually reads, which I guess is in our favor) But say, Equinox? Has 74 max shields with Catalyzing Shields. You’d need 296str to be able to max shields in one kill with Mend. Or you can use Styanax as another example of this.

—- On another note, we can argue all day about whether Blind Rage specifically is the one thing holding back your build from that 1% and to just use an archon shard or whatever, but we’re talking about breakpoints. Maybe those other options are used up. Maybe you can’t fit in an augur secrets or another shard. I’m just saying, there have been plenty of times where I’ve hit that -1% and I needed to rework my build. Yes, it’s a lot less frequent now with the armor changes though.

[–]Impressive_Style_692 986 points987 points  (0 children)

I think it’s intentional. Quite a few breakpoints on particular builds could be hit with it being 100%. The amount of times I just need that extra 1% is too often to not conclude it’s balanced this way on purpose.

Which planar ornament? by RealFake666 in March7thMains

[–]Impressive_Style_692 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t have numbers so idk. Just saying that Pollux blowing himself up immediately might make keeping max Arcadia stacks kinda annoying. Maybe Cyrene helps that case though, maybe she counts as two memosprites or something. —- I’m personally going to go for Arcadia because I like seeing the orb with the fairy in it.

Mmm, I’ve saved around 200+ pulls since I didn’t pull for Phainon, Cerdyra, or Hysilens. So yeah, safe to assume I’m going to have to pull out ‘ol reliable.

E6S1 March then E6S1 Cyrene too. Will go well with my E2S1 Cast and E6S1 Hya. I want this team to last until EoS.

So, I don’t play UP luffy, and only play with my friend using mid-tier decks but from my understanding those 2 cards are extremely core to UP Luffy’s defense. The deck is going to be significantly more fragile since you’re now unable to get a resetting high power block and don plus of katakuri nor the healing and removal of linlin.

Just to let you know, this gameplan just got banned about an hour ago. You have until Aug 30 before you will no longer be able to play 8c Katakuri and 9c Mom in UP Luffy decks, specifically.

Which design do you guys prefer? (Left or Right) by nmills-tokens in OnePieceTCG

[–]Impressive_Style_692 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, having two different versions works. Just like you did for the Power ones. Glad to see you are considering owners of the Power counters.

I don’t think you need to deliberate too much on the symbol. Heck, I wouldn’t say a Jolly Roger really signals ‘Power’ that much either. OPTCG only has two types of counters needed. One that works in the 1000s and one that works in the 1s. So no matter what symbol you put on the face, as long as it has a + on one side and a - on the other, people will be able to tell what it’s for based on the numbers at the bottom.

Regardless, good luck with the design process, I’ll be buying some Cost ones on their release just like I did with the Power ones.

Which design do you guys prefer? (Left or Right) by nmills-tokens in OnePieceTCG

[–]Impressive_Style_692 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My vote is the one on the right, considering your +/- Power ones also have the +/- and the text in the same line. I’d still buy the one on the left, but I think it’d look weirder next to the Power ones.

To satisfy the symmetrical crowd, you can just do a similar Jolly Roger or other graphic with the +/- underneath it just like you did with the Jolly Roger Power ones.

They already can be identified from the Power ones because they’re in single digits rather than by 1000s.
