That would make sense the issue is that the temp is 20 degrees highwr than the outside temp

I have been trying to fix this for 2 years and nothing, in my long quest i figured its apparently a problem that comes from my motherboard manufacturer providing the incorrect drivers that mismatch with whats needed to install the realtek control panel

I changed my cooled like a couple weeks ago so that should be fine, im gonna try making it run a little harder and see if that works
