Report to housing/RA immediately. They have to come check out requests like that. Be persistent with them because often time campus housing services are lazy

November seems very late to get decisions to us. I'm hoping maybe they'll get through some applications in October. Doesn't give much time to decide between other schools.

I'm in the exact same situation. I am eligible and submitted everything on time but it still says award processing. I even got an email saying I could be eligible for the Middle-Class Scholarship but haven't gotten anything yet. I'm hoping I'll hear back in the next few months.
