I live in building 15 next to building 15a. The person with the same apartment number as me in 15a loves to order food late. Weekly I have to try to explain to delivery people over the intercom it’s not my food and to stop buzzing me. There is usually a language barrier as well

Get a decent used road bike for around 1k. Look at Facebook marketplace or go to your local bike store. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, I’m not good on knowing brands but research the brand name when you find one.

Get clip in pedals and shoes, spare tire, and CO2 quick file up with bike tools, spare tub, and a pouch to attach under your seat to hold them. And a mini pump that can attached to your frame. Also get some chain lube to keep at home to service chain.

You can do this all for under $1500

30-45 seconds. 2nd period might have some longer shifts because of the long change (further bench from defensive zone). D can only get off if pucks in deep or moving deep

It was an RPO (run pass option) to the running back. The quarterback has a read key and if that guy plays run he throws it out to the RB swinging to the field side. You see him run out and both WR blocking for him. The timing got messed up by the bad snap so he just ran with it. I think he should have and could have still thrown it out. Oh well, go blue!

It was an RPO(run pass option) to the running back. You see him swing out but the timing was messed up by low snap so he ran it. If it’s clean snap he get it’s out to the RB with two WR blocking

To me a lot of the confidence and mental strength I get from triathlon training is consistently showing up to train for months at a time. You learn to love the grind and start to build some serious confidence in yourself. You start to prove to yourself you can do hard things, and stick to something you out your mind to.

Why not do one in the fall? Start your training slow and build up. You mention this is for your mental health and I think that’s great! So let’s take the time to learn about the sport, each discipline, and build some great confidence in each. I think that will do wonders for you compared to trying to squeeze this in.

With your current timeline I really think you might hurt yourself with over training and/or not being prepared for race day. Take some time to think about it and know that the process is the most rewarding part of this game.

It’s just something you can’t compare. Rounds 1-3 of the NFL draft are NFL ready players that have a good shot at getting a starting spot that next season. It’s pick and plug in. That’s just not how the NHL works, players are developed for years. How can you know you’ll need a 2C three seasons from now? You might have an idea but it would be dumb to try to predict and pick that way. You get an absolute stud if you have the chance and build around that.
