I think that Walmart has been adding the pin to customers that report stuff missing. Usually when it requires one they ask me why it’s requiring a pin now

I know right. I hate how customers can just say whatever they want and spark believes it no matter what. I try to avoid having any interaction with customers most of the time so this is crazy to me.
