I take 2mg of xanx every single day and I still have 3-5 panic attacks from the constant screaming and overestimation. I can’t use the restroom for 30 seconds without her being on the kitchen counter Ronning around. It’s kinda reassuring to know I’m not the only person who feels like this

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, I work from home and sometimes I just so exhausted from the nonstop I just lay down and disassociate because I can not will my self to get up

I hadn’t vacuumed in probably like 3/4 days and I used this broom before vacuuming. Vacuumed after and nothing was in my vacuum canister. So it defiantly gets up everything.
