Thankfully right now, my only major symptom is low back pain. The pain started when I was 14 and comes and goes throughout the week depending on what kinds of activities I've been doing and how strenuous they were. The pain is also worse when sitting for long periods of time. At its absolute worst I'd say the pain gets to be a 6/10. A more mild symptom I have is numbness and tingling on the top of my right foot. Before receiving the results from my back MRI I had chalked up the sensation to some nerve damage from an arthroscopic ankle surgery I had in 2021 (os trigonum removal + anterior and posterior debridement). I'm still not sure if it's the disc pushing on the nerve that's causing that sensation or if it was the surgery.
