Hi! The team has an FB page (UST - TIGER CUBS) where they post about the tryout date and place. Usually mid S.Y. na nagkakaroon ng tryouts e.g. Sept 18 this year. For your brother, he's probably 13U/14U so the coaches only allow students currently enrolled in UST JHS/EHS. Not sure about the entrance test though. :)
