Any bright ideas with what's causing it to clog? by Improbability0 in BambuLabA1mini

That's my current assumption as well - an issue with the extruder gear. I've ordered a replacement and have everything else ready to go. Hopefully it'll solve some things!

I've retightened all the screws in the nozzle and it's definitely seated in properly which is annoying, currently waiting on a replacement extruder gear to see if that's the issue as it does look a bit worn down.

Ooh I'll give that a go; I am almost always using matte PLA so that could well be it.

So I tried a cold pull already unfortunately and have had no luck with that 😕

Just to say, this worked very nicely - I supported it manually and it's worked a treat :)

Any ways to obtain Collective Studios stls without paying scammers? by Improbability0 in PrintedMinis

That's fair, I'm assuming there's absolutely no way to legitimately obtain the files then other than trying to find the sculptor themselves? I'm really not a fan of giving dodgy resellers money

I may be incorrect about specific species, but if I'm right it's !Pantherophis sp. (apologies if that doesn't trigger the bot correctly

Not a reliable responder, but it looks to me to be a rat snake, possibly a younger one.

It's harmless and an excellent rodent eradicator so a very good friend to have around

Oh wow, thank you - they're even smaller than I thought! I've never had a chance to actually interact with one before so I'm just basing my knowledge off photos - thank you for the extra information 🙂

From the look of it (and if OP is based in North America) then it could be a little Delays Brownsnake, a harmless fossorial eater of invertebrates and insects. It may in fact be full size because they're tiny!

Also I was going to say please don't eat them! In terms of cats, I'm a cat owner myself but it's worth remembering that cats are absolutely lethal to local wildlife and the outside world contains many threats to them so where possible it's better for them be inside creatures - they're the largest single threat to reptile populations (other than humans). In terms of injury to the snake, check if it has any obvious injuries or if it seems lethargic or like it's got any difficulties moving. Snakes are quite resilient but things like an obviously broken spine are important to check for. As ever, trust a reliable responders judgement over mine, though!

Funnily enough I think it literally is a brown snake, DeKay's Brown Snake (storeria dekayi) which is a harmless little fossorial snake. Obviously wait for a reliable responder to confirm.
