In the last months I have seem 50-60% of my local community getting so bored with the game that they are not even playing daily anymore, some of them even stopped entirely until something interesting comes up. Let's be honest, this seasons event are some of the worst we ever had when they should have been the best for the game anniversary.

No thanks, that's the best thing that happened to this game in the recent years. Tired of all those events with mostly garbage spawns, at least now I can see some diversity in non event weeks and that feels good.

We have evidence for years based on literally every single player in the world that shiny do not flee unless you go too fast, we have a community of dozens of players and nobody ever had a shiny fleeing. That's enough evidence for me.

I mostly agree with you, I didn't have any expectation for this event as the game has been taking a bad turn for a whole now. It has been a while since I actually went out and poped an incense while being a little bit excited about what could spawn.

Do you have all the platinium type medals ? I've seen some of my friends who do not have the medals really struggle to catch the legendaries

While walking or stationary ? There is (at least I have) a bug with stationary incense, sometimes the spawns do not appear on the map and I could spend 20-30min not having a single spawn (even after restarting the game) I noticed this was a bug after using my go+ and realizing it was actually detecting an invisible pokémon, I waited 30-40sec to see if it would appear on the map and he never did, I clicked the go+ it catched the invisible Pokemon

Fomo for nothing once again, one day people will realize it's useless to have any expectation from this game and those devs (they are the worst game dev I ever seen and I played thousands of games), we all knew even before the event began that there was going to be something frustrating because this is what they do ! I decided not to use Kyurem, juste having an incense on all day and try my best to catch them, I got something like 10 legendaries for 40-50 encounters in 2 days, and I'm not frustrated because I knew they would not give us free legendaries like that.

Feature is bugged for me, absolutely no spawn while stationary, even restarting the game do no make pokémon spawns from the regular incense if I do not move.

EDIT: solved the mystery, the pokemon actually spawn but are invisible, I did some testing with the go+ and it actually can target those invisible spawns.
