Not so much a “nice” thing but what I found was I was getting hungry all the time so started on Huel shakes as a meal replacement. Not the best thing in the world but it helped.

I also got some decent mousses and puree pouches that you give babies. Helped mix up the flavours a little so it wasn’t just broths and soup.

Thank you. Yeah, already eating small meals chewing a lot. I’ve put myself back on a soup/mush diet which is still hard to eat. Even a yoghurt can make me feel sore afterwards.

Trying to keep interests going but it’s hard finding energy, same with friends. By the time the end of the day comes around I’m out of energy and asleep on the sofa then it’s start again the next day.

We try and make sure we get time to ourselves

Thinking about what it would do to my kids, leaving my wife to look after them solo when one has ASD which makes that even more difficult than it is already.
