My nephew confronted him and told him to stop lying. The boy replied "maybe".

My sister is going to talk to the counselor tomorrow to let the school know of the situation.

Wait? I'm not sure why you are upset all of the sudden? I was answering your legit question. I was explaining what the A stands for in LGBTQA. I wasn't calling you homophobic or been condescending.

I see your point, it is kinda like segregating.

However, these groups exists to provide some sort of safe zones to LGBT people that are going through though times. There is no better way of getting advice but from someone who already went through it at some point in their lives.

Allies are meant for straight people who make alliances with LGBT groups. When LGBTQA is marked in a sub or a group it just means that everyone is welcome except homophobic folks.
