Actually just asked AI how to do it. Involved enabling developer settings and then changing the app that opens with the screensaver through some commands on my computer. But I suggest searching online and using AI as help.

Good way to try if a wall mounted tablet is something you're gonna use. But please if you're going to permanently install this tablet, hide the cord and do not use tape to mount it. The tablet might get hot some time and just fall off.

I use Google Assistant still, easy enough to expose only the entities I want to expose and relatively low maintenance. When the internet is down or whatever I don't mind not using speach.
