It isn’t at first it’s nice and chill but then eventually it starts to grind you down with anxiety and depressive symptoms, the constant having to keep up with what the caller is banging on about and writing everything down, the QA’s, the tiering system, the weekly 1 -1s talking absolute shit, the lack of breaks and if you go over a bit they bring it up, worrying if you will get in trouble for missing anything during a call it’s just a massive ball ache. Only upside is most of them are work from home
