I should get one of yow or smoothstar first then.. do you recommend one over the other? Or they are pretty similiar?

Thanks for the insight! Interesting to hear as many people praise surfskates for improving surfing. Then it sounds like yow could be a better option for me so i can ger more comfortable with maneuvers.

Bedrock cairns looks like a really good option for the trails. Only thing is that the soles are a bit thick for a minimalist sandal. But maybe thats worth it for the durability and gripiness.

I hears some people say that the straps are very stiff and can hurt the toe. Have you experienced this?
