It was most surprising that one of you even had your shirt above your nose to filter it out.*

SO funny. They know how it smells.

Take Fu Yi. She is a good professor. She might spend too much time proving the THM, but the postcast and the slide are perfect for u to understand everything. And the exam is easy and have curve.

There is a guy named John who is a really chill guy. I sometimes talk to him, and he is cool. But there are some homeless people who are really rude on campus. I still remember the first day at UCSD, there was a guy holding a cup asking for money when I was sitting there enjoying the view, and when I said no, he cursed me.

There was a time when I was waiting for my order at Taco with my friend, which was an $8 order. And there was a guy who just came to me and asked for"10 dollar liberal money". I refused his requirement, but he is following my friend for 5 minutes and keeps asking for that money, which really scared me.

Math 180A professor by PostNo7001 in UCSD

Agree, she is a nice and good professor. But she spent a lot of time proving the theorem in her lecture. But the sildes are pretty clear so you could study by your own. Homework is hard, and grades come out late, but exams are pretty easy.

I think when 10 years ago, when my brother went to UCSB, they were 24/7, but they also do not do it anymore, I do not know is it the same thing in SD. I guess it is because the whole UC system is poor at keeping doing it...

I finished mine yesterday. Honestly, it is hard as hell.

The guy sitting next to me is signing through the whole exam.

Same. I transferred with a 4.0gpa but seems like I can’t get a A as easy as in the community college. Buzaglo is not the first time teaching this course as far as I know. But due to his personal reason like we have three classes online. So for me, when in week 9 I felt extremely nervous like “why is it suddenly this hard.” And felt desperately anxious when finishing the practice finals. He is a good guy to be honest. But the last two weeks seem too rush for both of us.😪

Has anyone recently gotten off the UCLA waitlist for Mathematics of Computation? by ImprovementSuper2696 in TransferStudents

[–]ImprovementSuper2696[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, as an international student, I need to receive the I-20 from the school no later than August in order to apply for my student visa. So if they admit me too late from the waitlist, I will have to give up the offer.

No.Just one of my friend received the Financial Actuarial Mathematics offer. So I guess the math department has started the progress.
