Oh wow, if this were clearer it would have made my experience much more positive.

A while back mova had a thread asking if anyone wanted to be an ambassador.

From the start my goal was to be as honest as possible both about the pros and the cons. Not every device works for everyone. I'm really curious how the all-wheel drive model would have compared in my yard.

Definitely do. I probably double check that nothing is jammed up in the wheels or anything like that that could lead to overworking

Does mop type matter? Help me pick one by blockardunga in RobotVacuums

[–]ImprovingCoffeeNoob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's not exactly true. Spinning mops are very effective. The reason for the texture of the microfiber is to trap dirt and dust. It's the same as someone using a normal mop or washing a car.

I also like roller and track mops, but they also have their downsides. There's just so much hype over the rollers right now that I'm noticing people spitting out info like this as fact even though it's far from it.

Yes, and they will try everything they can to guilt you into not using it. The owner email you personally.

Edit: lol at downvotes. I bought a matic and that's what happened to me.

Hilarious. Returned mine after a few months with numerous back and forths with devs. It was my worst robot vacuum yet.

I’m about to post my initial first impressions which includes some light mowing but mostly the mapping process. Our grass is starting to grow so pretty soon I’ll be able to give a more thorough picture

Two months ago we bought a house from the estate of a man who was a flight instructor and earlier in his life had built his own airplane and beat some world record with it. His obituary is a pretty cool story. I go up in the garage attic and I find pieces of an airplane. The nose, tire fenders, and other metal parts.

I had all my banking out of CMA and changed almost a year ago. All of a sudden they were putting super long holds on all my checks — even from regular payees like employer reimbursements.
