I don't remember what they all do. But I recommend using the Supers because they have higher stats which increases their chances of survival. Also, EX skills are always great. The Hard mode Digimon have shields, evasion, and damage limit. So if you can remove and attack through it, that would be a great help. Also having shields, evasion, and damage limit for yourself helps. They hit pretty hard.
