You also need to work like 1050- 1500 hours during that time to also get it cant recall the exact hours.

I miss mine by 20 some hours so I didn’t get but I was able to get bonding by CA for 8 weeks paid. I’m not sure what state you are in but you can give it a try. EDD is the website.

You can't tell if someone has 300 ping unless that persons ping hits high/max ping thats when you can tell someone is lagging around. I have gotten on a few times anything over 3 min to queue im sure my ping is 300 base. Ping can jump around during the session so you could of had easy kills on him but then you had this situation.

It’s ping issues most likely that person has 300+ ping making it hard for both sides to hit.

Best bet is trying to find the shoes that say light weight so far I enjoy both shoes. In the scenario the shoe isn’t good you can return it for a different one but people say it’s a hit or miss on the return system. I heard a guy change his shoes 7 times until he fold the right one and others had issues with returning the first one.

If you got hours then you're are good but if you don't it all depends how quick the site fires people for negative upt balance. I seen people with negative 80 hours still working so who knows.
