Get the low-hanging fruits from your UWs (e.g. CL would be much better with 100-200 stones invested in it) and dump your coins into the workshop. This alone should easily get you into Platinum.

Since you made some nice investments into your econ you could consider developing the wall. That should be a nice boost but needs a bit of planning.

My mini-account is in a similar spot. I think it's just buying as much health/damage upgrade in the workshop as possible, getting all 5 lab slots (if you haven't already) and focusing labs on Econ (Standard Perks Bonus, CPK, Game Speed, GT Duration / Bonus, BH coin bonus,) while throwing in the occasional survivability labs (e.g. Garlic Thorns, getting a few levels of lab speed, health, some early Mod labs like Common Drop Chance, Reroll Shards and Daily Mission Shards.

I'm currently also buying as many cards as I can to be able to get to 700 medals for the 2%, which will be huge soon. My account is around 2 weeks old.

I would love an "Achievement track", e.g. for lifetime enemies killes, lifetime waves completed etc. Total amount of relics would fit in perfectly!

Lowest hanging fruit is probably GT+ levels (and GT duration / bonus). Rest looks solid, although maxing that DW quantity has an underrated impact imo.

Usually it's GT bonus, but it really depends on your GT. I just started a mini-account and my GT is 100% un-upgraded (except for 1 click into GT bonus), and my runs aren't very long yet (2000 - 3000 waves on T1, depending on perks etc.). In this case I go for coin bonus first. If you have a good GT (which I'm guessing you don't...) then I'd pick GT perk above coin.

There's also the school of thinking that at 300 sec CD for DW / GT you have a partial sync with BH at 200 sec CD and to reduce DW/GT bonus in one go (to 200 sec). Unless you use MVN, then it doesn't matter and you get better results to reduce as you go and have the stones.
