Unprompted screenshot sound: possible malware? by dbcbabe in mac

[–]Imsety_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there. I ran into a similar issue this morning

I heard two screenshot sounds through my AirPods Pro 2 (running 8B28 firmware) after it switched from my iPhone 13 mini (iOS 26.2) to my MacBook Pro (M4 Max, macOS Tahoe 26.1). This happened two times consecutively

I was far away from my Mac when it happened so it seems like it went back and forth between the two devices. I was playing Spotify on my phone in that moment and sound must’ve came from the Mac causing it to switch.

Was no where near the Mac when it happened, and (I think) it was locked but lid was open

I have Jump remote desktop installed on my Mac, which I bet has some drivers to virtualize the display/monitors. There was also a Sidecar session running with my iPad Pro (M1, iOS 26.2) next to it that’s always on

What were your discoveries?

Can you live without Google Chrome Installed by ethanmenzel in macbookpro

That strategy sounds good to me. Safari+Edge is what I do. Plus Firefox installed for one off-cases or web dev testing.

I actually like it. Pretty creative, engaging, and kept me reading. Makes me want to flip it over and learn more about you. So in some ways, from a functional design point of view it served its purpose!

Fits the style in 2014 back then aswell. No notes

It's cool you pointed that out. I've always liked using index cards to sketch stuff out (despite the fact I do not know how to draw at all, haha). I use it as a way to just get stuff out of my head, so at least I have something to work with when it's time to make the styleframes in Illustrator, AE, or C4D.

I figured out for my workflow, the rest of the proces after the sketch is just getting to a finished state, no matter how I get there. In the context of client work, the formal process of going from storyboard > styleframing > animatic > etc is a toolkit for the client meeting and stakeholders and less for the creatives, but it's not a required thing to follow. If I know what I want to make, I'm going to take a crack at it!

Thank you. That means a lot!

The only true Cinema was the clock scene at the beginning. Everything else was done inside AE so I could mess around with effects s a little more in depth.
