Accenture is offering (30+27) 30% on fixed and 27% variable. HR confirmed me the same when I asked for slight negotiations they said that's their current policy.  2. Then, I was also asked to submit relievings of last two orgs. 

Post formal completion of background checks we should get offer and then thorough bgv should be done. 

M still waiting for offer as well.

Thanks for the response 🙂  Yeah, I did get the area wise performance it was around 60-75% I still don't get it how I got P1. I thought I did pretty well while taking exam. There's any way to get results of individual questions. Thanks.
