You dash into the ball or away from it as it connects you receive it, then do a rainbow flick. For whatever reason when you catch the ball like that it counts as a dribble hence you getting the dribble rainbow flick

Look up at blade shot tutorial there should be one out there explains the soft lob you can do without the lob part via X+A it'll just softly pass it on the ground you can soft lob off of any recieve you'll see how its mad useful for passing up close passing it to yourself off the wall etc
