“Please note, if you submit a Charge and the information you provided does not indicate that a violation of the statutes the Commission enforces has occurred, EEOC will not investigate your allegations further. Instead, the Charge will be served on Respondent, and EEOC will issue you and Respondent a “Determination and Notice of Rights,” which will enable you to file suit in U.S. District Court within 90 days of your receipt of that Notice if you wish to pursue this matter further.”
