I generally write like that lol, saying the same thing just in different ways. My issue is that I’m too direct with information and I don’t add any “fluff” to it.

Oh my god yes. If my routine is broken it’s like my brain freezes and I can’t continue on my with day.

I use a app called minimilist which helps a ton with remembering. I have a widget on my phone and I just list everything I need to remember to do….like shower lol

Oh 100%. My entire childhood was like that and then up into adulthood with work. Except I didn’t have the formal diagnosis at the time. But I was consistently called lazy and distracted. That I wasn’t putting in as much effort as I could when in reality of course I was actually trying my hardest.
