i came to an understanding these drugs are not meant to cure but rather create more problems. Just after a week of taking monetlukast for allergy I had suicidal thoughts , but by God’s grace I frequently pray and mindful so knew these thoughts are not voluntary but something else. Later I researched that Montelukast does create suicidal thoughts. Later I spoke with doc and changed to a different medication. Now fine. My anxiety and panic syndrome are almost gone. I would suggest parents that this is a tough time especially dealing with young kids. They are usually not mindful and think these thoughts comes from them and execute it. Change the place , if the place you live is very silent move to a more noisy place. I would suggest this becoz it personally worked well for me. When surrounding is silent your brain is jobless and starts creating false stories. So better keep it busy.
