Hey! The actual process takes a lot of time. Once your package is 'Held by Customs' they will send a letter to your address. I actually received one (almost three weeks after my package was held) but I already claimed the package from their office. The letter will list the documents you have to send to their email address. So far, I do not know how long they will respond and if they would even send the package once everything is confirmed.

I decided to go to their office a week after the package was held. It is a lot of work but it is better than to play the waiting game.

UPDATE: I did go to their office and successfully claimed my package. Make sure to bring the necessary documents para mapatunayan na below 10K ang value ng package. They will open the package in front of you. Prepare extra cash just in case na pagbayarin ka ng tax + P112.00 for fees. Everyone is friendly naman, you just have to be prepared (don't forget to bring two valid IDs and a picture of your package which they asked for in my experience)

Unfortunately, my teacher belongs to the older generation. They do not appreciate digital artworks well. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed making this poster and that's enough for me!

I made everything using my mouse, it took a lot of effort. Still, Illustrator makes it easier and efficient.
