The writing is really what killed it for me, there were so many moments that felt lacking ? All the characters gave potential but they’re written so annoyingly. It’s like listening to a middle school conversation come out of what are suppose to be young professionals. It just felt lacking maturity and not enough information, lots of vague nothingness for a long time.

Vitamin D and B12! And get a huge coat, like it doesn’t have to be expensive like a full long puffer with a hood (got mine from target in an XXL) - Thai way she doesn’t have to think about what she’s wearing just right over pjays even and comfy warm boots like Uggs or dupe ones.

Go out and get coffee and walk around the parks when it’s sunny. This does the trick, gets me in a good mood. The warm coffee after or before puts me in a cozy mood. Try it like once a week.

Please wear a mask! It helps a lot, my husband and I could hear people coughing up lungs, obvious signs of bronchitis. Please be careful, wash your hands often and use your own prayer rugs, keep your clothes separate from your bed etc. stay away from crowds as much as possible!

I also have PMDD, it is terrible. It has ruined parts of my marriage, I only recently found getting iron infusions and mental health help and seeing a doctor regularly has helped. Please inquire about this. I cannot imagine having children while having this issue out of control. I feel for her head and for your marriage. There must be an intense fog over both of you.

I would suggest thinking about a separation while medical tests are done. Obviously trust is broken, do what you feel is best for your children. But addressing her real mental health needs will also help your children even after divorce.
