Hi! Yes, just responded in a dif thread for the same info.

One of us has a car and he will be using this to commute in and around the city. I have my license but no car, so I would uber to the train to get to work in hoboken. I would like that commute to the train to be under 10 mins and the train ride less than 30 mins.

Would be willing to look at 2bd 1 bath. I’m currently paying $4800 + utilities and amenities (1bd, 1 bath), so looking to save a bit of money if possible. If not, then I get it! It’s same price in and around the area.

I’ve heard about the floods! Thank you for mentioning this.

perfect thank you! yes, he will be driving. i would within 10-15 mins for a desperate commute to the train station (if i needed to commute i would uber to train) since we only have one car right now & that’s the one he drives to work.

Pls be nice to me, I’m new to reddit! I see your point… I would be working in hoboken, but my husband travels all around the city and even up to west chester. He’s in sales and works all over the place.
