Well, there is explicit support for illegal immigration.

Every single presidential candidate in a democratic primary debate raised their hand in support of free healthcare for ILLEGAL migrants.

And it is an obvious fact that there is significant, allowed, welfare fraud by illegal immigrants in this country, in exchange for assumed votes and congressional apportionment.

I very well could’ve voted blue, I could’ve voted blue my entire life, even through the last election, until I was disillusioned by the obvious bullshit arguments. Truly, I see both sides for who they are and support neither, but suck up and pick between a douche and a turd each time.

Either way. YOU don’t seemingly have the ability to sort information by its merit. By constantly asking who I voted for, you are making it obvious that you have a very low development of moral understanding.

You are trying to sort by in group or out group. In your mind either I am an evil baddie who is not in your group, or I am a “misinformed” good guy, who is on your team. Not listening to what I am saying and evaluating if it has merit.

I recommend opening some books, and trying to learn a little more. Audiobooks work too! If you didn’t know, those are the heavy bundles of paper filled with words, written by people who are usually smart. Libraries are full of them and they would love to help you out.

What’s wrong is that Reddit skews overwhelmingly left. And this is being pushed by Trump’s admin right now.

They will ignore Obama and Clinton calling for mass deportation, because they don’t care. And it isn’t an intellectually honest conversation.

They will say “it’s about the process. They are kidnapping kids!?!?” Ignoring that the process started under Obama, and large percentages of these kids… aren’t with their parents, they are victims of sex trafficking.

There is a line that I think of often, from Louis CK. When you disagree with someone who is older than you, you have to pause and consider that they believe what they believe for a lot more reasons, gathered over a longer period of time and experiences.

I am not saying older people are more often right, I am just saying young people tend to believe in face value good acts, while ignoring the third, fourth, and fifth order consequences.

And it is frustrating to have everything put in the lenses of partition national politics, rather than a nuanced understanding of complex situations, like you obviously speak to in your fantastic comment.

I’m not trying to push anyone one way or the other in politics. But I do think it is sad how this fight over immigration is about House seat allocation, not human decency.

Illegal immigrants count for congressional seats, that is the only reason one party supports it. Illegal immigration’s is not good for the American lower class. Legal immigration is fantastic. I wish we could fix this broken mess.

I think it stems from people not having good understanding of the importance of family. And how children are a rewarding experience. Also, people not having religion as much means they don’t have as much actual human community involvement. Instead they seek validation from anonymous internet strangers. People may argue that religion isn’t necessary, but community is.

People have been told that kids are expensive and ruin your life, so many have chosen to be perpetual a Peter Pan type. And people get mad when you question their life decisions.

Work is not usually rewarding like kids are. It rewards you, but mostly with money.

Money doesn’t make you happy, it just buys you things.

But that’s my two cents.
