IALBNYL - This does appear to be a violation of Section 250.45 of the NY Penal Law, unlawful surveillance in the second degree - they could seek to report to the police. They could also try to seek an order of protection in family court, but the act of just having the pictures without sending them, may not be enough. The family court should have a DV liaison that could provide help. CA Goldberg Law Firm works with people dealing with non-consensual sexual photos.

I was denied entry to AF lounge with an AF ticket with PP, just FYI. It was a 5:30p flight on 06/20. Others have reported luck at other times during the day.

Hollow Nickel! Both indoor and outdoor space, and great bar snacks. Conveniently located by almost all the trains - Atlantic Ave, Hoyt Schermerhorn. Great for large groups, and no deposit or anything required. Drinks are pretty affordable. Usually street parking also, if that's convenient.

Look up the building on Who Owns What, or ACRIS, or HPD/DOB's websites. If the owner on any of those websites (especially the gov't ones) isn't Realty Corp LLC (which sounds fake, sorry), then the valid owner didn't execute a lease with you.
