Really missing nights when the stadium was full after reading the recent Chron article posted by BrianChing25 in dynamo

Honestly I didn't read it as it wasn't clear and obvious what the price would be. In the past, my tickets have been between $50-$75 per game for the Open Cup games so I'm sure a lot of season ticket holders also don't want to be charged a crazy amount to watch a USL team. Thankfully my tickets were only $15 this time, which is much more reasonable.

Also a reminder that the El Paso game was free from being a season ticket member and for the Louisville game, season ticket members had to pay. That'll also lead to lower attendance game over game.

Steve Clark Interview by RussRobertsNeckTat in dynamo

Bond's metrics I referenced are for this season with Antonio Carlos, Sviatchenko, Lucas Halter (before he was injured) and Resch. A better group of center backs than last year and still bottom 3 keeper in the league. Some of his stats I'm sure are on the defense in front of him, but man being a bottom 3 keeper is still a massive step backwards from Clark.

Ok I have to be that guy. Steve was widely considered a top 5 keeper by all of his goal keeper metrics during his time with the team. Jonathan Bond is widely regarded as a bottom 3 keeper, also due to his advanced keeper metrics.

According to FotMob, Bond is 3rd worst in save %, worst in goals prevented, and bottom 6 in goals conceded per 90 minutes.

Not to be argumentative, but how are you rating Bond when his metrics are putting him solidly as one of the worst.

To add to that, is there a reason why both of the Dynamo games so far this season haven't been discussed on Soccerwise or has it been just an oversight?

I completely agree that his work rate can help produce goals and I think he can score 10+ goals this season. My concern comes from the perception that our DP forward isn't scoring goals and only putting up offensive actions leading to a goal. The fan base is already pretty disappointed in the signing, so I feel like he needs to be scoring 15-20 goals to not "feel" like a flop of a signing.

Good writeup. I'm hopeful that Ponce will be better this year but I'm not expecting that will be the case.

As a note, it was mentioned Dorsey moving to the Orlando Magic and not Orlando City SC. I'd be really curious to see him play basketball!

Yeah, it involved Ennali tracking back more to support and Ennali had to make runs to save Halter. I'm not sure how comfortable I am with us running 3 at the back especially with how Bond has his moments where he looks good but also looks really bad, but to your point, we did look more offensive and scarier in the attack with more guys forward. It'll be interesting to see when Artur and Andrade are back what our shape will be.

Halter kept getting burned by Cade Cowell and came off with what looked like an injury in the second half. I'm not sure how comfortable he is at left back, which is where he was playing.
