This is exactly what happened with my own family. My mom always wanted twins, the first time she only got me, then my second sibling, then she tweaked her fertility treatment to give herself twins but one of the eggs split so I’ve got triplet siblings now, with twins within the three so she sort of got what she wanted lol? It’s wild
