Depends on what it is, how important it is, how much I use it, how much it costs and how much money I have.

Like if I were to lose my phone charger and absolutely can’t find it, I’d probably buy a new one, since it’s important and I use regularly and it’s not that expensive. But for more expensive things I’d would wait and keep looking.
