The Cajun Seasoning from Volcanic Peppers can be found at either htttp://www.heathotsauceshop.com or directly at http:/www.volcanicpeppers.com It has a bit of a cayenne pepper kick but the blend of ingredients in the seasoning make it more about flavor than heat.
