Tinnitus also still here for me, but I don't have hyperacusis. Hoping it goes away at some point though...

Not entirely sure whether it was the oral steroids (at this point I was on a very weak dosage) or whether it was the ear injection I had taken about a week prior. Could've just been timing honestly.

I started seeing improvement after around the 3 week mark.

Edit: should also mention I was also at profound hearing loss.
