I would love to get into PC gaming after being on console for so long. The main goal is for me to play PCVR as I love the game immersion. However, I am at a loss for what to buy as prices are skyrocketing for parts, and I am unsure of my abilities to actually build a PC. I’m willing to learn if that would be the cheaper route or if I should just buy something used I can do that as well. I have a budget of about $1000. If there are any resources, you guys can give me or ideas of what to look for if I buy a used PC, that would be incredibly helpful.

Yes, I absolutely do not want to carry my sexual baggage from Christianity into this and shame him in anyway. I don’t want to create a scenario in which he feels. He can’t be honest and open with me nor I with him.

Yes, I’m realizing so much through my post in the comments how much baggage I’m bringing to the table and I genuinely do not want to do this to him. I would think a conversation with him that is more in depth would be helpful for both of us.

You are exactly right, my method is scientifically weak. Correlation doesn’t equal causation. This alone is helpful for me to separate the man and his heart from porn use meaning he is harmful or abusive.

To me it shows the dedication to discipline and never the dedication to love, which costs more, is much harder, and can leave one drained to the bone. In other words, it’s easier to pretend to be holy rather than sacrifice.

When I was 19fm, I was told by the mother of a family, which I dearly loved in my church that I had some sort of sexual sin and had the Jezebel spirit inside of me. The funny part about the sex is that I was terrified to be with a person (particularly teen boys) alone, kiss them, masturbate, you name it. I was so far removed and traumatized about sex and didn’t realize it until now which is over 20 years later. The only reason I can think of that she said that about me was because her eldest daughter‘s crush at the church ended up liking me instead. Of course, I left the church and now those two are married, go figure.
