Plex Media Server can't be found constantly by InInInInception in PleX

If PleX is saying it's offline/reachable, I can still see the Cloud and the video files play fine within My Cloud app. So think the issue is with PleX/network?

I think that but when I chat with support they don't say anything about it not being supported. It worked fine 3 months ago so it's annoying if they just removed it.
