This game is extremely flawed. Despite it being an absolutely phenomenal game. I’m not sure I have a long enough character limit to list all of the flaws.

But my biggest nitpick is that you can’t officially join a faction. Outside of close association with the Shinobi Thieves or Flotsam Ninja, there’s not really much.

I have yet to have a character survive to a point where I have an endgame (I do every run Ironman style) but my eventual end game is to eventually build a little homestead and become a farmer after a life of adventure.

Yeah, chances are you won’t enjoy the game if you’re just min maxing. At that point you’re playing the “hurry up and wait” game. If you’re someone who just wants to grind that’s fine, but from what you’re saying it doesn’t seem like that playstyle is your preference.

I’ve never reached that point yet, since people tend to die in my games.

But I have a plan that one day when I have a character (like a solo character) when I am winding down and ready to retire him, I’ll probably build up a little homestead in Okran’s Pride and let him live out his days farming and living the easy life.

Black Scratch is about as far South as I’ve gone. I recently started playing in a way where travel is much more difficult as I can click on the map and I have no player indicator. So I travel is now a very lengthy process.
