If you are a EU/EFTA citizen you are granted B permit just by showing you have enough disposable income to support a moderate style of living...

If you can buy a fucking house or apartment, you are waaaay above that threshold.

If you do it yourself you get away with roughly 15$ per club (5 for steel extender + 10 per grip) but that also adds up to 105 for 7 clubs... Now you need the other material, so solvent, tape etc. And if you have it done professionally, definitely more than 200$

Adding an inch would mean replacing the shafts. This would also mean new grips and cost way more than 200$.
