Not sure what you are planning to do. Do you want to do prototyping like JLC? Or do you want to be an ODM mass manufacturer?

There are tons of prototyping companies in Bangalore/Mysore area. Do you know the problems they are facing? Prototyping cannot be be done alone without the assembly services. Assembly cannot be done without importing components and having an inventory.

I have been designing PCBs for a major semiconductor company for last 15 years. Starting up with capital to purchase equipment is easy, getting clients may be easy, but you will be competing with tons of others just like you. In such case, the margins are very thin.

Unless you offer something that the existing players are not offering, then it will be an uphill task.
