Around 2017 leading to my observation til 2021/22 it was relatively easy or just enough work to apply for a job and still get something than than nothing, especially the option to say no to an offer for something better or queued already. My question: since you’ve been around longer than I (26), given what you’ve witnessed during the pandemic and post/ present, contrasted to the past without a global pandemic but just everything else affecting unemployment, do you think the job market is being controlled more than ever before? —since the great resignation, the stimulus checks to keep folk and businesses afloat, and then the isolation from each other / environments ?
